Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, or other conditions outside of our control.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
AZARIAH Active is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is handled by the carrier. AZARIAH Active is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, or other shipping disruptions outside of our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household, neighbors, building office, or local carrier first.
AZARIAH Active is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you need help reviewing a delivery issue, please contact us and include your order number.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by our team.
